Auto-reload is separate
Auto-reload is off by default. If the owner enables it, the owner chooses the trigger and monthly spending ceiling separately from the plan and usage notifications.

What does paid Website Buddy start with?
It starts with the selected plan's included workspace, native site capacity, seats, and shared monthly credit grant. Social remains on Free until the account moves to a suite.
What happens if I add paid Social?
Adding paid Social converts the account to Suite A rather than stacking two paid individual subscriptions. The account keeps one wallet.
When should I add a site instead of a workspace?
Use the site add-on for another website belonging to the same business. Use the workspace add-on for a separate business or client; that workspace starts with its baseline site.
What happens when the wallet reaches zero?
The site stays deployed. Metered generated and knowledge work pauses, while the configured non-AI contact, booking, or lead fallback remains available without exposing the account balance.
Can I protect credits for Website Buddy answers?
No credits are reserved for one product. Configurable usage notifications can alert the account owner, but Social and Website Buddy can both use the remaining shared balance until it reaches zero.
Is Free a trial?
Free is an ongoing plan. Eligible new accounts receive one seven-day Full Access Preview while on Free, Social Individual, or Website Buddy Individual. During that preview, Website Buddy Individual can use ordinary paid Social features. Credits and account capacity still follow the selected plan, and plan changes do not restart the preview.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in USD before applicable tax. The commercial policy explains taxes, subscription changes, wallet controls, and refunds.
Need negotiated requirements?
Enterprise is contact-only software for requirements outside the published plans. Managed is a separate done-for-you service, not a software subscription.
