Subscription, credit, and fair-use policy
This page explains the operating rules behind Youanai billing in plain language. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy continue to govern your use of Youanai.
Shared credits
Credits pay for eligible variable-cost work. Your plan still controls products, features, models, workspaces, seats, and other capacity.
- Included credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Annual subscriptions also receive included credits monthly rather than as one annual grant.
- Purchased credits expire 12 months after confirmed purchase, keep their original purchase terms, and survive a plan downgrade or cancellation until that expiry date.
- Credits belong to one Billing Account. They cannot be transferred to an unrelated account, resold, or converted to cash.
- Youanai charges credits only after an eligible action produces a usable result. A usable AI preview may consume credits; blocked, empty, failed, cancelled, or abandoned work does not.
- Purchased credits can be used only for actions permitted by the account's current plan and active product access. Buying credits does not unlock a gated feature or model.
Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew at their selected monthly or annual cadence until they are cancelled.
- Upgrades and paid capacity additions may take effect immediately after payment confirmation, with the prorated amount shown before confirmation.
- Downgrades, cancellations, interval changes, and capacity removals take effect at the next renewal date shown in billing settings. Paid access continues through the current paid period.
- When a reduction leaves too many workspaces, seats, sites, or connected accounts, the owner receives a 14-day resolution period to choose what remains active.
- If a recurring payment fails, Youanai provides a seven-day recovery period before paid-only execution is paused. Successful recovery restores eligible access.
Auto-reload and product-usage notifications
These are separate owner controls for one shared account wallet. Notifications do not reserve credits, and neither control creates free credits.
- Auto-reload is optional and off by default. When enabled, it buys the selected fixed credit pack only within the owner's configured monthly spending ceiling.
- Product-usage notification thresholds warn the owner about shared-wallet usage. They do not reserve credits, block another product, or create a separate balance.
- The owner can change or disable either control. Low-balance and reload notifications explain successful purchases, failures, and ceiling stops.
Fair use
Paid Social scheduling and publishing, paid Website Buddy lead capture, and Suite B connected-account capacity are offered subject to fair use.
- Fair use is designed for genuine business and agency workflows, not abusive automation, credential sharing, platform-policy evasion, resale, or activity that threatens provider safety or service reliability.
- A usage review is not a hidden overage charge or an automatic suspension. We normally contact the account owner, explain the concern, and work toward an appropriate plan, capacity, or workflow adjustment.
- Youanai may act sooner when necessary to address fraud, a security incident, unlawful activity, third-party platform requirements, or an immediate risk to customers or the service.
Refunds, disputes, and taxes
Contact support for a refund or billing dispute. We review requests against the purchase facts, the reason for the request, and applicable law.
- When a credit-pack payment is fully refunded, the corresponding unspent purchased credits are removed. If some were already used, new paid actions may be held while the account balance is reviewed and resolved.
- Partial refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, coupons, trials, and protected legacy offers may require support review rather than an automatic wallet change.
- Catalog prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Any tax Youanai is required to collect is shown separately in checkout or on the invoice.
Paused access and customer data
A payment failure, cancellation, or capacity reduction does not by itself hard-delete customer data.
- Affected workspaces, automations, connected accounts, and sites may become paused, archived, or read-only after the applicable paid period and resolution window.
- Website Buddy configuration and history remain preserved when paid AI answers pause. Where configured, the public widget can continue to show contact, booking, or eligible lead fallback options.
- Account closure and explicit deletion requests are separate from commercial pause handling and remain subject to the Privacy Policy and any legal retention requirements.
