Website Buddy

One wallet across the suite.

Plans unlock product features; one shared account wallet funds eligible variable-cost actions across products.

Plans unlock product features.

A plan decides which Social or Website Buddy workflows your account can use. More credits do not unlock a feature tier.

One shared account wallet.

One shared account wallet funds eligible variable-cost actions across products. It is one balance, not separate product wallets.

Configurable product-usage notifications can warn the owner before the shared balance runs out. They do not reserve credits, block another product, or create an additional grant.

Questions that change the choice

Use the account and product boundaries above to choose with the relevant detail in view.

Which suite is for one business?

Suite A combines paid Social and paid Website Buddy for one business in one workspace. It includes the account capacity shown in the plan summary and can add one more suite workspace.

Which suite is for multiple businesses or clients?

Suite B starts with the larger catalog workspace allowance for agencies and multi-brand teams. Each workspace keeps a business or client context separate, while the account still shares one wallet.

Do the products have separate credit balances?

No. Both products and every workspace draw from one account-wide wallet. Credits fund eligible variable-cost actions; they do not unlock a product feature tier.

Can I use one person in more than one workspace?

Yes. A unique person uses one account seat and sees only the workspaces assigned to them. A pending invitation reserves one seat until it is accepted, revoked, or expires.

What is the difference between another site and another workspace?

An additional Website Buddy site is for another site belonging to the same business. Use another suite workspace for a different business or client.

Do credit packs unlock paid product access?

No. A pack adds wallet capacity only. The selected suite controls which Social and Website Buddy features the account can use.

When do annual credits arrive?

Annual service is paid upfront, while included credits arrive monthly and do not roll over. Purchased packs keep their catalog expiry.

What happens when a payment or capacity changes?

The published lifecycle rules apply: recovery and capacity windows give the owner time to resolve the account state, and affected work is paused or preserved rather than silently deleted.

Enterprise

Need negotiated controls?

Enterprise is contact-only. Governance, capacity, support, and procurement scope are negotiated with the team rather than represented as a self-serve suite. Managed is a separate done-for-you service, not a software subscription.
